Request Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion or anonymisation of your data.
How to submit a request
Email info@nextfly.ch with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Please includeYour name, the email address or phone number used, the relevant operator or agency and any booking or reference code.
Identity verification
Reasonable identity or authority checks may be required to prevent unauthorised deletion.
What will be deleted
Account, integration and communication data no longer required will be deleted or anonymised. Disconnecting a WhatsApp integration removes stored credentials from the active configuration.
Exceptions
Information required for statutory retention, unresolved claims, fraud prevention or security evidence may be restricted and retained until the relevant purpose ends.
