Rules governing use of the platform and its communication features.
1. Scope
These terms govern use of the ShqipFly platform and its booking and communication features. Travel services are supplied by the identified tour operator, agency, carrier or hotel.
2. Bookings and information
Users must provide complete and accurate information and review booking details before confirmation. Prices, baggage, payment and cancellation terms are displayed during booking.
3. Communication features
Authorised operators may send booking confirmations, payment information, tickets, vouchers and travel notices by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Availability also depends on third-party providers.
4. Acceptable use
Accounts, interfaces and credentials may only be used lawfully and by authorised persons. Abuse, unauthorised access, automated disruption and unlawful content are prohibited.
5. Availability and liability
The platform is operated with reasonable care. Maintenance, network, provider or third-party failures may temporarily affect availability. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
